Position Summary

Develop and lead End-to-end strategy for launching emerging platforms in the supplemental benefits industry, ensuring maximum visibility, adoption, and revenue generation. Drive business growth as a Market Leader, expanding Genius Avenue’s industry reach, brand awareness and strategic partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide deep subject matter expertise for each platform, developing a strong understanding of Genius Avenue market positioning, business objectives and strategic plan.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with key industry stakeholders to advance Genius Avenue’s market position and strategic distribution opportunities.
  • Advance competitive research and market analysis to include direct competitors, adjacent competitors, and potential strategic partners. Present comprehensive market research data, including various strategies to maximize sales and market penetration of current products/platforms.
  • Identify and recommend target markets, ideal client profiles, pricing model and distribution channel opportunities.
  • Establish profit performance indicators by platform to include pricing, monetization opportunities and margin analysis.
  • Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities.
  • Lead collaboration with marketing Team to create external platform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with internal departments to align and deliver launch readiness tools.
  • Provide client-facing business development, strategic partnership, and sales enablement support. Represent Genius Avenue at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-7 years of experience in the supplemental benefits or related industry.
  • Strong critical, strategic, analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to align project delivery with organizational objectives.

  • Ability to operate independently with strong initiative.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven production environment.

Compensation

Salary Range: DOE
