TIM MARTin

Tim is a nationally recognized thought leader in the voluntary benefits sector. Over the last 22 years, he has built several multi-million-dollar insurance agencies in addition to revitalizing others.

Due to early success he was promoted into sales leadership within five months and was promoted again nine months later. He was later headhunted to a competing insurance carrier where he led an operation of 600 sales agents, 29 sales managers and an executive team of 7 corporate employees. His territory encompassed 4 states in the Southwestern United States.

 

During his career Tim has hired and trained over 2,000 VB agents. More importantly, he has developed dozens of his people to become the top sales producers for their respective organizations. Many have been promoted to the highest levels of leadership possible within the carriers they represented.

Tim is currently Executive Vice President of Sales at GeniusAvenue.

In addition to the leadership roles Tim has held during the last 22 years, he has also worked with numerous outside organizations through consulting and sales coaching. His energetic and humorous keynote addresses have inspired and electrified audiences throughout the United States.
