Our story

We got started because we want to solve the biggest problems in insurance and benefits

Genius Avenue was born in the regulatory environment as the primary enrollment and administration solution for the Ternian group. As a result of intense regulatory requirements and the unique and varying needs of Ternian customers, our primary E&A platform continued to grow and evolve to support a remarkable number of user, group, and broker needs. We realized that we could support other companies with our unique skills and expertise.

Recognizing that the insurance industry is in the midst of disruptive change and in need of tools to accelerate growth and scale businesses, we focused our dedication and innovation on enhancing our platform with advanced mobile functionality and powerful payment solutions that would enable our partners to engage with their customers like never before.

We remain dedicated to accelerating our partner’s businesses, creating long-term value, and providing great customer experiences.

We Believe That

Our Genius Avenue family makes the difference 100% of the time.

We create great
customer experiences.

It is our responsibility to get better everyday.

People and relationships come first.

Our values and
the values of our partners must fully align.

We empower

We embrace opportunity and challenge the status quo

Our people make the difference 100% of the time
