Our products are deployed on Azure Virtual Network (VNets). This is the fundamental building block for our private network in Azure. The VNET allows for secure communications between our resources which in turn protects our internal traffic from external threats.
Our security measures include Azure Network Security Groups (NSG), which limits the type of traffic that can approach our platform. Additionally, Azure API Management (APIM) protects our API endpoints from unauthorized access, blacklist hackers, and aids in impeding DDOS attacks.

We currently utilize a Microsoft SQL Server for our Database Functions. Our plan is to migrate to Azure SQL Server within the next 60 days to take advantage of its advanced features for scalability, high availability, and intelligent optimizations. Our Micro-Services are powered by Azure Functions, which provides a serverless-compute platform for building our event-driven applications and workflows.
To ensure enhanced and sustained application availability and performance, we have a Load Balancer in place however, plans are being prepared to migrate to Azure Application Gateway Firewall (AGF) by the end of the third quarter.
Finally, we utilize Azure Backup Center for Disaster Recovery. Backup Center provides a centralized backup and recovery solution for our application data that ensures we are always prepared for the unexpected.
These technologies, when taken together, enable us to deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable production environment for our application supporting our business goals and customer needs.
